…retail market at the Fancy Foods Show at the Moscone Center in San Francisco, California.
And, wow, what a tremendous opportunity that was!
The Fancy Food show was busier than it has been in the last few years and we received a lot of new prospects who really seemed to enjoy our creations. 
The Fancy Food Show is produced by the National Association for the Specialty Food Trade, or NASFT (since 1955), and are North America’s largest specialty food and beverage marketplace.
The shows generally have:
- 16,000 – 24,000 attendees
- 250,000 products including confections, cheese, coffee, snacks, spices, ethnic, natural, organic and more
- 1,300 – 2,500 exhibitors, and
- 81 countries represented
