Each of the five dark chocolates included in our BLACK selection represents one of the world’s premium growing regions, from which its cocoa beans originated. Rare Criollo and Trinitario beans – the pinnacle of quality cocoa – were selected, allowing you to experience the distinct flavor of these top quality beans while comparing the subtleties of each region.
Unique in its intensity, BLACK contains an extraordinarily high cocoa mass, ranging from 74% to 64%. BLACK is made exclusively using fine, quality Swiss Grand Cru chocolate by renowned manufacturer Max Felchlin. The collection’s robustly flavored shells are filled with a sensuous chocolate ganache of matching origin. Chocolate aficionados, prepare for a culinary adventure you won’t soon forget!
